My Approach

I believe therapy can be an insightful and empowering experience. You might be feeling unfulfilled in your relationships and wish for deeper connection and happiness. As a sensitive person, you feel things deeply and the weight of the world around you might feel heavy right now. You might be feeling burned out or not like yourself lately. I’m here to show you that support is within reach. You do not have to walk this path alone. As your therapist, I believe in your resilience. Working with me, you can expect a collaborative and compassionate approach to defining your therapeutic goals and building a plan towards a better future.


I follow a simple four step framework:

Discovery: Understand your past experiences, present concerns, and future goals.
Empowerment: Explore coping strategies and tools to overcome challenges.
Resilience Building: Design a forward path incorporating your innate strengths.
Future Planning: Develop a strategy for managing obstacles and setbacks.

I use evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help my clients learn about unhelpful thinking patterns and work towards a more balanced outlook. In my work with couples, I use modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy to recognize negative patterns and work towards repairing emotional bonds. I enjoy working with clients through an attachment-informed lens.

Welcome! I'm Andrea, Owner & Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Andrea Webb Counselling & Psychotherapy. I have been practicing since 2022, working in both group practice and private practice environments. With over a decade of corporate experience and a heart for helping people, I provide online counselling services and corporate wellness consulting. 

Prior to pursuing a career in counselling, I have a background spanning corporate, big tech, and startup environments, including 7+ years of experience working at LinkedIn. Having walked the path of customer success, tech sales, recruitment, HR, and leadership roles, I understand the demands and challenges of the corporate world. My journey has granted me a unique perspective that enriches my counselling practice. I've been in your shoes, felt the pressures, and battled burnout. It's from this understanding that I offer a safe space for my clients to explore their goals and build a path to better mental health.
